SHIPPING POLICY

 For all international orders, we are using DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All orders will be processed within 2 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or Indonesia public holidays.

We are partnering with DHL Express for International Shipment.

• Singapore: 2 - 3 business days
• Asia (except Singapore): 3 - 5 business days
• Others: 4 - 7 business days

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international shipment will be free of shipping cost. However, our product price does not include duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). 

All international shipment may be subject to duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all the Import Fees.

Doxology does not have any responsibility on any additional charges that may apply.

RETURN POLICY

 At this time all handbag sales are Final. We do not accept any cancellation on the finalized sales. We are constantly endeavoring to improve our service and available stock.

But at this time, due to the finality of your purchase, we strongly encourage you to email us at info@doxologygoods.com with any prior questions or concerns.

We also strongly suggest you note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. And please check your order thoroughly to avoid any mistake. Any mistake from the customers are not Doxology’s responsibility.
